happy stamp layering

Hi there,
Nicole here with a fun and happy card inspiration.

I love using my mini ink pads and looking for colors that go well together. So I went through my CaS stash and picked solid flower stamps to do some stamp layering.

• look for solid stamp in your stash that you can layer
• use different shades of colors that go well together for this project (I used dye inks by Lawn Fawn)
• create your background by starting with the largest stamp and the lightest colors
• add a second layer with a smaller stamp and a middle color
• add a finishing touch with the smallest stamp and your darkest color
• I filled in the gaps with a forth color (but I'm not really sure if I like the purple)
• to finish up the card, die cut a large word to put in the center and stamp a little sentiment to complete your greeting

Hello crafty friends, it's Kerstin here!

Today I have a card for all the coffee loving cardmakers out there.

I really enjoy searching through my stash for different stamp sets to combine with each other.  That's why I took one of the older sets and combined it with the brand new stampset from the coffee collection kit.

• stamp, color and fuzzy cut the stamped Images
• add some details with a white gel pen
• create an inkblended background in your favorite Color
• sponge the egdes in a darker color to create more depth
• spritz on some water 
• look through your patternd paper wich you can use for the Ground
• adhere the stamped Images with foam tape

If you use a white gel pen even  on the sugar bottle you can create a shiny glass like look.

Coffee-Time

Hello there!  Chris here with you today with a colorful a fun scene-card. Christine has decided to release a new KIT - a COFFEE Kit - an awesome package for coffee/tea time lovers.

First I wanted to make a table with cups but then I decided to make a litte scene outdoor.

• first I stamped all images and colored with alcoholmarkers
• for the pattern I stamped a few small flowers on the cups
• did cut them out and arranged a little scene with the birds and the gras.
• for the Background I used the new  dot-stencil with Distress oxides tumbled glas - 
• glued down all images and stamped a sentiment 
• that´s all :) 

The new Kit is perfect for cardmaking AND/OR scrapbooking and is available in German and English.

       Included :

• A mini stamp set (3x4)

• One pack of ephemera

• 168 enamel stickers

• 5 sheets of alphabet stickers

• a set of 7 dies

Hi everyone...

It's Ashlee here today and I have a birthday card to share with you that I made featuring some images from the lovely new set floral decorations. This set is so versatile and fun to use!!

I wanted to use one image from the set on the background just using black ink and it all just grew from there.

- Stamp the image from floral decorations set from top to bottom corner of the card base using black ink
- Stamp, cut and colour some leaves and flowers from the same stamp set
- Stamp the HAPPY sentiment with black ink on the card base and then die cut the cool cut birthday from white and black cardstock
- Add the flowers, leaves and sentiment to the card base with foam tape for dimension
- Finish off with some sequins.

- Start with just one image using black ink and build your idea from that start point to see what you can come up with.
