MINIATURE SLIMLINE CARD....
Hey everyone...
Hey everyone...
It's Ashlee here with you today and one of the latest card making craze thats going around is slimline cards. They are so much fun to make as you can create some super fun scenes on them being that they have that bit extra room but it got me thinking I wonder if I could create a miniature slimline card using the awesome stitched rectangle cool cut dies....
So I got my dies out and made this little miniature slimline card and featured some of the super cute little freebie image collectable stamps that Christine is popping in with everyones orders!!
- Die cut two different sizes of the stitched rectangle cool cuts from white cardstock
- Use Wild Honey distress oxide ink to colour the largest one
- leave the outside frame of the smaller one white and ink the inside rectangle cut using squeezed lemonade and using the stencil add some polkas with Wild Honey distress oxide ink
- Die cut a mix of the stitched circle cool cuts from white cardstock, leave the frames white and ink the insides with the same distress oxide ink colours
- Stick all the base elements down, colour up images and fussy cut them out
- Add a touch of sequins and a sentiment on a die cut useful banner
Use fine sharp scissors for cutting out tiny images, makes it easier for you to cut nice edges around them...
Hugs Ashlee.
