Sunday Stencils #6 - Using Stencils on Cork

Hi everyone and happy sunday!

I hope you're having a great week! The last week was CRAZY because the video hop was such a huge success, items have been sold out (yes, we will re-stock them all as soon as possible!), we got a huge amount of awesome feedback, emails, questions and comments and we're so grateful for everyone who took part in this party!

Let's get to today's card:

When I thought about other ways to use stencils I knew I would love to try them on a different surface than the paper that I use on my cards. Creating a pattern on cork is perfect for christmas - so now that we started the christmas crafting, this is something I'd like to share :)

Watch the video to see how this card was created:

  • self-adhesive cork is a little more sturdy than usual cork sheets. it's therefore easier to cut
  • you can blend two or more pigment inks for more interest
  • if you want to keep your stencil in place easily you can add some spray adhesuve to your stencil

  2. Dear Christine, thank you very much for sharing the video with us. Where did you buy the dimensional adhesive? Unfortunately, I didn't understand well.
