Hello everyone, it's Nina-Marie!
Since it is Wednesday, that means it is time for another video tutorial here at the Create a Smile blog and I'm so glad you've stopped by, as I have a fun "surprise" themed card to share with you using the Penguin Party and Poppin' Over stamp sets!
I love color, and for this card I really wanted to incorporate a rainbow somewhere... as you can see, I ended up creating TWO rainbows! :)

When doing a lot of Copic coloring on small images, such as this penguin, be sure to give a few seconds drying time in between each layer of shading. This will help prevent bleeding and keep your images nice and clean.
