I have a new slimline card to share with you today using some of the awesome cool cuts dies from Create a Smile stamps!!
Happy mail, who doesn't love a bit of happy mail right?! For this card I wanted to do something fun using the envelopes so this was the starting point for my card today...
- Start with a piece of pink cardstock and die cut using the postage die- Splatter with some Midnight CPD ink mixed with a little water- Stamp the sentiment Happy birthday from the Happy days set using Memento tuxedo black ink- Die cut three envelopes from the postage die from different colours of cardstock - Fold and glue into place- Die cut the cute little heart and add to each envelope closure - Adhere all mini envelopes to the card base - Finish off with a touch of sequins
Adding splatters to a card adds a fun little bit of extra interest, give it a try!!Just swatch a small amount of ink onto a block and spritz with some water, mix with a paint brush and splatter onto the card.
