Hi there,
welcome to our new little blog. Glad you arrived.
Let me first introduce Create a Smile Stamps for you:
What is Create A Smile Stamps?
A new company designing cute, funny and punny stamps. There will be sentiments in English and German.
Who's behind this project?
My name is Christine Drogt, I'm a 31year old cardmaker and blogger from Germany. Some of you may know me from around the crafting community.
I've been part of different design teams so far and created tons of cards during the last years. I also started making videos for my Youtube Channel last year.
The best thing about these experiences is: I met many awesome, talented, beautiful, lovely crafters from all around the world.
In addition I found out that there are so many image-ideas. Things that I'd like to stamp and use - so I started created them by myself. I am excited to see all the things that happen, when I throw them into the whole wide world :)
So I am owner and illustrator, but there a many more people behind this project:
My companion in life, Michael, works behind the scenes - he's our bookkeeper. In addition we have the most fabulous design team ever- 5 of my crafty friends who joined me for this adventure and who support me each an every day. A team full of creativity and talent!
They will introduced to you very soon :)
When will the first stamps be released?
The first stamps are produced now. We'll start with 2 sets. So the release will take place this summer - we're all excited and can't for it to happen! Hope you join our release-party!
Will there be sneaks?
The team used the digital images to create cards. We'll show some of them during the next weeks to make waiting easier.
We hope you're just as excited as we are - so spread the word and help us promote this new adventure.
Thanks for your visit and your support!
Christine

ReplyDeletesorry I am a little late in congratulating you but I am very happy for you!
ReplyDeleteI was introduced to you by Jennifer McGuire on an October blog hop and enjoyed what I saw, so here I am. And I came back to the beginning to review how you've become a success....congratulations, btw. I appreciate your Angel policy for those who earn money by this craft. I do not sell my creations - I make cards for my (large) family and friends only and do not have a blog. The only thing I do online insofar as stamping goes is do a LOT of blog hopping. It's where I get my inspiration for the cards I do make, either by CASEing or taking a layout or idea and making it my own. I'm 75 yrs. old now and have been stamping since 1998 - I would not still be doing it if it were not for the generosity of those sharing their multitude of talents and all, including you and your design team members, have my deep appreciation. Now to get back to reviewing the rest of your history.
