It's Release Day! And Giveaway time :)

Welcome to release day!

We are beyond excited that the new release finally hit the store - YAY! Orders are already rolling in :)

In case you missed our latest post - here's a closer look at all the fun new products!

3 clear stamp sets:
(well, 5 - but they only differ in language)

• When you're not around / Wenn Du nicht da bist

• Time flies / Die Zeit fliegt

• Funky Feathers

4 Cling stamps!

• Balloons in the sky (15 x15cm)

• Sophisticated shells (11 x 15cm)

• Woodgrain (15 x 6,5cm)

• Under the sea (11 x 6,5cm)

2 stencils 6x6" :

 Concentric circles

• diagonal grid

Of course we have more inspiration for you:

Anika created a super vibrant card using under the sea. Her background is perfect for thos (amazingly colored!) jellyfish from Glowing seaside. And the colors she used for her inkblending.... SWOON!

Here's a more classic card by Samantha. She used the diagonal grid  stencil for a quick and easy background. it's subtile and drws the exe to the focal point!

The next card by Nicole is similar, yet different. She used different cool cuts dies to embellish the card and the sentiment. I love how she added some buttons as flowers! I have never done that but sure need to try!

I also have a bunch of cards for you:

Card #1 is different from my usual style - I mostly use bright colors on fun clean and simple cards. This card has a vintage feeling (but I still kept it simple). The crocodile from When you're not around is somewhat cure, don't you think? I used the Color your Polka Cling stamp for the background and stamped some hearts unto the circles.

Let's get back to bright colors! the  woodgrain background is perfect for every style to add texture to your backgrounds. in this case I used different products from the July release as well. I thinks the ombre woodgrain in the back adds a lot to this card.

What about a whimsy clock as a fun focal point on your card? Time flies offers you so many options to create your own clock / alarm clock :) I also used the starry night cling stamp for my background. subtile but fun!

Did you know that I am a HUGE Laura Bassen fangirl? I adore her! So when she said in one of her videos that she's been a sucker for monkeys from her young years I new that one day I would make a monkey. And when the set with sad critters came to my mind I knew this would work. That's the story of this cute little monkey (the sentiment says "come back soon").

I can hardly believe that this is the second vintag-y card in one post. But the lose tone on tone watercoloring on the sophisticated shells background works so well for a classy, elegant card. the die cuts from the pocket tag are the perfect match.

the last card is a bright one again. The funky feathers make just the perfect background for bird-images. I love to create my own patterned papers with solid stamps. So. Much. Fun. and you can pick your own color combos - so what's not to love about that?

Now this has been a HUGE pile of products and cards. We hope you enjoyed.

Let's get to the giveaway-part now.

We'd like to give away a 15€ gift code to one lucky winner :)

to take part in the drawing please:

• take a close look at the release and pick your favorite detail.
• leave a comment including one sentiment wording  (not a general type of sentiments) that you think we should make a stamp of.

the giveaway is open until sunday 6pm CET, we will draw a winner Sunday night :)

Good luck!
Have a great day!

  1. It's such a fab release! My favourite product is the Time Flies stamp set, and therefore I also love the card made with it for inspiration (although all cards are truly fab!). I just love that it's almost "catch up" o'clock - very cleverly designed! I have recently received a lot of crafty happy mail from my crafty friends, and I'd love a "Crafty friends are the best!" sentiment - so here's my idea for one! :-)

  16. ALL the cards are absolutely stunning! Great job, you all, and what a great release!
My favourite though, is the "Glückwunsch"-card.Loved the colors and the dies. Really elegant. What really cought my eye was the background stamp. I would probably not have thought about getting the stamp if I hadn't seen it on this card.
A really nice sentiment for baby cards is "Your first breath took ours away"

  18. My favourite is the Balloons in the Sky background stamp! I've been looking for something like this! Thanks so much! As for new stamps, I make a lot of cat cards so I would LOVE to see a set of cat pun sentiments that haven't already been done elsewhere. Here are the ones I'd like to see: "Whiskering you a Great Day", "You're Purr-ific!" "Have a Meow-valous Day!", "You're a-meow-zing!", "Purr-fectly Sweet", "To a very special purr-son!", "Meow and Forever", "Hope your birthday is purr-fect!", "Meowy Thanks!". Now I've given you lots of my ideas so you're all set! I have more if you're interested...

  31. My favourite from the release is the woodgrain background and the balloon background set but the stamd are super adorable too! I love the ink blending and colours on the first card! I think any kind of encouragement sentiment is always great to have like hang in there or fingers crossed or I knew you could do it! :)

    ReplyDelete
  32. I love the crocodile tears. The sentiment I wasn't to see is "fondly". I often write "thinking of you fondly" other phrases that work with thinking of you, like "and giggling", "and remembering that time when..."

  33. These are all fantastic, I especially like Nicole's card with the diagonal grid background, its just beautiful. I too love the buttons she added.
My fav. set is When you're not around. (There aren't enough get well sets available for my liking.)
The sentiment I would like is: I love you to the moon and back!

  34. My favorite from this release is the feather stamp set, and particularly the fact that (it looks like) the feathers can be stamped with one color for the outline and a second color for the inside =)
My favorite part of a card from this post is the gorgeous pink and orange jellyfish next to eachother on Anika's card - that's such a pretty and striking color combination!

A wording/sentiment that would be fun for a sentiment that I can think of: "Wherever you are, be all there" (perhaps for a travel/vacation themed set?) or "Creativity is contagious - pass it on" (for an art/crafty themed set)

  35. I loved the feather stamp set and both stencils...

Yesterday while I was reading a Colin Dexter's book I was very impressed by these words "Life can only be understood backwards; but it must be lived forwards", a Kierkegaard's quote. And I think that this is would be one sentiment I would like to see the most in a stamp. Thank you for this amazing chance!

  42. Such a nice new stamps. I just love that crocodile. So sweet.
I just made to cards for my kids first day of school and I just notice I don't have sentiments for this type of cards. SO I would love to have something special for school, like: have fun! or Ich hab dich lieb! or I am so proud of you. You know, something to tell them that we are there any time, to have fun, and do their homework.
