Plaid stamping.....

Hi there it's Anja again and for today I have an easter card to show you.

Since easter is on it's way I wanted to make an easter card with those lovely eggstraordinary egghunt stamps. But first I had much fun with creating a plaid with the line stamp from Poppin'over.
I love plaids don't you? I think those soft pastel colors go well with easter.

As I mentioned before I stamped a plaid by using the line stamp from the poppin'over stampset. I used 5 different inkcolors and repeatedly stamped the line to create the plaid.
After that I stamped the bunny and the hat from the aus dem Hut gezaubert set and copic colored them. Fuzzy cut the images and made in one hat a slit to put the ear through.
Diecut the monocle from black cardstock and adhered it to the bunny.
White heat embossed the sentiment on black cardstock and assembled the card.

Stamps;
Eggstraordinary egghunt, Aus dem Hut gezaubert en poppin'over.

Cool cuts (dies);
Magical frame;

You can use different linestamps to create a plaid background.
When you use an acrylblock with a grid it will be helful to stamp your lines straight.
Combining different stampsets is always fun and will give you great results.

There will be another new release next week so stay tuned and be surprised..........

Have a great week;
Hugs, Anja
